Hi Launboo, Another angle you may wish to look at using your group numbers is Cowan Lithium, if your group accounts for 5% of the COW register then it should be possible to call an EGM with the view of replacing the existing Board with some more palatable members, obviously would need more than 5% to effect any change but it may start getting the ball rolling and also disrupt any other plans that may be in the pipeline for Cowan. Control of COW would be a likely benefit in any future recapitalisation plans for A40 if it ever gets to that stage with its tenements surrounding the Bald Hill mine/processing plant. Be good to remove control of that from existing COW Board if nothing else. If COW gets financed it's likely all existing holders will be seriously diluted in the process thus perhaps time is of the essence if change is seen as beneficial to the cause.
