Thanks for your efforts on this to date. I have an small investment in A40 (A$12k based on the last day of trading). Given the perceived scale and flavour of this wrongdoing, and especially the time of one of the Director share sales, I believe also that the application to have the shares transferred for no consideration ought to be opposed in court. I agree that fee for service is best for this type of legal work (as opposed to "no win/no fee". Accordingly, given your comments regarding the Supreme Court's consideration of factors such as the number of shareholders with a non consenting attitude, I would be prepared to consider joining the shareholders funding the A$10,000 (capped) for preparing the opposition to the application legal cost. to do so, I would need to understand the estimated unit legal fee as it stands today (ie estimated cost per shareholder) expressed as the cost per 10k of A40 shares held). thank you.
