    Ask yourself thisquestion,

    If (BIG IF) company (Alita) or its assets is worthless at Zero consideration,why would someone pay so much to come in with shelves company at CraymanIsland, seize the shares and delist from ASIX and SGX ? Why ? the syndicate aredumb ?

    The cost for seizing the company and shares are not cheap !
