I think most of the proponents have discounted the fact that most retail shareholders have already lost most of their life savings and would not be in a position to incur further expenses on lawyer fees which might not even lead to any outcome. In addition, I would very much like to hear the opinions of haplo and Henry Walton (who used to up-ramp this company) on the viability of this plan.
