Nursery , I wasn't on LYC threads when you said it but we have to do more.
I just wonder what legacy we are going to leave our children:
1. Timbercorp assets sold to Olam. Singapore. 2. BBI to BAM (North america) 3. Resources too numerous to mention (mostly to China).
I cannot find a well run listed agribusiness to invest in on the asx yet the overseas companies are just buying them up.
Already most of what I buy outside of food has made in China on it now if Agri ends up being owned offshore well we will become a nation of workers sending everything off shore. I feel I have to take my investments offshore to have a stake in Australia.
I bought into LYC because I think its a good investment into the future and I wont get bought out anytime soon.
