Signed up this afternoon, had to call a couple of times regarding Trust Deeds etc for the sdignup and a human answered the phone both times straight up, and then had another human call me with the the one answer that he didn't know. Called back within 2 mins.
Again, I have no affiliation with these guys, just such a breath of fresh air.
