Creditors will meet to decide either wind up the company or recapitalize it and start fresh.

    - Winding up the business is the easy way out... but what would creditors get? few boxes of Pain relief cream! The business has no tangible assets to sell... perhaps there is a microwave and a kettle ...
    - Recapitalise and restart has more merit for two main reasons:

1- PNO has achieved what most therapeutic and pharmaceutical companies strive for, TGA approval of their product. Not only that but they managed to manufacture and market 2 products and had couple more promising ones in the pipeline if not for the dark clouds that arrived.... The old man got sick and the inner family fighting.

The late JP had seen the potential of an Arnica cream and introduced it to the Australian market thru promotions in sport games and other venues... Now Arnica is the thing.... Deepheat is using Arnica... and Brauer is pushing their Arnica cream with major TV advertising. With due respect to these products.... Nothing can beat Thermalife Arnica Gel... It's a wonder formula... for most people... can't please everyone... we know that...

2- PNO has a lot of experience and many of its stakeholders are associated with other Pharmas like the promising OBJ
    and the emerging BNE.
Pharmanet connections and proven experience in distribution and marketing could be valuable to these companies if and when they decide to enter the Aussie and Asian markets.... There is so much potential for Australian Pharma... the Sky is dark now for many reasons... but it would turn blue... as day follows night... It's 10% potential and 90% luck... but you need the 10%.. RIP Richie...

But above all, PNO had an army of followers who stuck till the dying days... they are angry and bleeding.... but give them a good plan... and credible leadership and they may forgive but not forget.
