we are quite a few steps from a shelf, but if it comes to pass that the shell is debtfree, they will be lining up at over a million
I do not know the extent of the debts, except that there was some facility for $5m which we can assume was fully drawn, the businesses and their value hold the key
and if there is equity left over, it of course it belongs to the shareholders
sorry not aware of directors movements or condition

as for these directors carrying on in a restructured company, that would take an intestinal fortitude and acumen and a communication skill not superabundant in the current/former incumbents

to sum up
I only know what I read and hear, but I was keen for you to know that your shares are not a writeoff yet
