Today's announcement that Savni have increased their holding to 16% with the purchase of another 1.3m shares suggests they were the force behind the recent share and option price spikes.
The next question is whether they are going to vote their stake at the meeting on 22nd June - they apparently abstained at the AGM in Dec.
And if they do vote, then which way will they vote ? If they line up with Bhushan their combined vote will be 38% of the total shares on issue, enough to win when you allow for the shares that won't be voted at all and for the shareholders who will support Bhushan (eg Hopalong ?)
On the other hand, if they line up with the dissenters Bhushan will find it hard to win.
