so true mate. I have several friends who are ceo/founders of smaller tech companies and in medical field too most are vc funded they sacrifice their pay and lifestyle for tew bigger return later for greater good. This management have skewed the business model trrying to build go to market strategy failing miserably costing shareholders hundreds of million dollars then going back to drawing board to start again while new clinical development strategy makes sense however a few years too late and continue to inflate their salaries, lifestyles and expect shareholdes to stump up more. Truly astonishing. I am.firm believer in technology and clinical value, and why i invested originally whe lr was in charge however i am lost t for words on management maybe when partners do their due diligence they see this as biggest issue with partnering. We need change at top asap.
