Yet still GCN has not told ASX that it faces court cases that could materially affect the company.
Has GCN decided that the cases don't threaten the company? Even if it has, not announcing the cases is surely a breach of ASX listing rules.
Meanwhile trusting punters (perhaps ignorant of the court cases) are still wading into buying GCN shares at 1.8 cents. Mind you, some people prefer fantasies of the future to facing the realities of the present.
How come the ATO reckons it is owed money? Not from GCN's profits surely?
