say 15 fifteen times

Try this ESP trick on yourself first and be honest by scrolling down after saying '15'.

Then try it on your family one at a time in private so that no one gets to hear anyone else's answer...
Hint: write the assumed answer (bottom of this post) on a piece of paper and you will look like a master of E.S.P.

So here goes...follow 1) one and then scroll down as fast as you can to step 2) an give your answer as fast as possible - as instantly as you can.



Step 1)

Ask someone to say the word "fifteen" 15 times
- out loud and as fast as they can....(try it now)














step 2)

Then say to them: "name a vegetable"

















step 3)

The chances are that they will say:























Apparently an overwhelming majority (90% i think)
of people give the
ANSWER as

Carrot.

How did you go? Try it on your family...I've only ever had one or two people not say carrot.

I recall the first time i tried it (only time it ever works) i tried really hard to say Potato and in that very first second after being asked, no matter how hard i tried to wrap my tongue around saying Potatoe, Carrot still came out.
I recall it well :-)
