Good Point SJ and surely company will need money after June for further planning and completion of DFS. I am sure, neither key holders nor a board would like to raise a capital again at 10-20% discount of 1.4.-1.5c if key holders try to keep SP down unless as Mak mentioned; "if Key holders are really interested to get bunch of more shares at cheap price". But would it be worthwhile for them to risk their current holdings?

All we need is some good drilling results and hope management doesn't stuff up again.

But again who knows what's going on behind the doors.
