crawley didn't become stirling. stirling (before the name change) was a crappy biotechnical / pharmaceutical company that kiernan picked off the shelf cheap, filled it with crappy mining assets and some dodgy mining types. crawley is where money from the public companies ends up once its been shuffled around in intercompany loans. the rights issue is a joke - people should be asking where the last lot of money went.
are ASIC finally watching him - I guess the trading halt shows that they atleast read his offer documents now.
i've changed my sentiment to buy - i've heard michael wants to buy a bugatti veyron but the shareholders are a bit slow taking up the rights issue.
