Considering current NTA is over $4 per share, we need to get at least $2.50
Tokyo just won the right to host the 2020 summer olympic game, Japan GDP is improving. Government is targeting inflation of 2%.. all this point to higher real estate price... therefore don't sell yourself short, demand $2.50 or more.
