Ugh. Care and maintenance reference to KMC, not AXM. KMC is another one in the same boat: a raising @ 1c (current share price = 4.9c). It too, will have all debt paid off in its own raising, but everyone will feel bearish about it (and rightfully so) because it is about to lose 80%. Maybe none of these are buy and holds (due to their past ignominies), but they can be interesting in the early days of the capital raisings.
