if one judges another to be guilty, factually, without doubt, is it not the responsibility of that person to take reasonable action, where possible?
or does one call 911 (yes the infamous phone number is the same numbers as 9-11, not a coincidence) and wait around on the sidelines, or call some other hotline, in the hope that some stranger who was absent from the scene of the crime has more facts and a solution to offer the kids, where someone in a uniform (costume) is believed to have rights that another person doesn't have, like the right to take action to stop harm (or to right a wrong)?
