Settle down buddy - I dont think it will be too hard to brush LIT aside, so long as the patent is sound and the agreements were well drafted.
If we have a process worth 2% of all hard rock lithium mined worldwide then expect more legal challenges and tougher ones than this. Need good science and good law here!!!
