I spent 15 years selling real estate, secret to good negotiating is to act like you don't give a shit, even if you desperately want it, Todd know it, unfortunately our useless leaders don't, they are showing desperation, they have no clue when it comes to negotiating, as I mentioned earlier, FMS leaders are out of there depth here!!!!!!
Quit and replace with REAL leaders.
