Say no to the ratification of this years capital raising!!
If they cant manage their assets in a responsible way they should not be leading the company.
If they are nessesary, they shouldnt be paid as much as they are.
I resent diluting my possition just to pay management fees for a managment that have failed to achive thier said targets (retail by October, cash possitive by end year).
Im not a large player, but i know where my vote will be when they ask for permission to start the 15% afresh.
