A number of things are affecting the price right now. Both Cyclops and Buzz
bring up good points. The overall market continues to be a factor as well.
But I think a major reason for the selling and therefore the low SP is that Long term holders have been anxiously waiting for a "buy out" for the last six months. They have been holding along time and were waiting for this news to maximize their profits. With the latest announcements , it now looks as if CPL is going all the way to production. This news to those shareholders, who have been holding since the days of "Zenolith", might have decided to sell their shares now (still making a great profit) rather than wait another 3+ years before the SP will make a significant jump, when the mine will be producing.
Just a thought.
