I fear that this is going to become a private company and existing shareholders of the listed company will get zero. (I don't know this for sure but did mention this as a possibility a few posts of mine ago).

a more cynical man/woman that I could even go as far as saying that the VA occurred to allow this new source of funding to happen (I would never say such a thing of course.....).

the fact that KDY are shouting from the roof tops about the future of Kaddy having been secured but zero mention of the impact to the listed company and its shareholders indicates to me that they may leave the administrator of the list co to deal with that side of things.

obv I hope I am very wrong (and this is just an opinion) but let's see. GLTAH
