Roygiv - MW wants to get out and as you say he is in many deals both now and no doubt looking to many others now as well - no doubt about that...question is whether a deal has been struck so first offers gets truckload of cheap shares, then higher offer to mop up shares...as MW's pre-bid sales agreement gets terminated if higher offer...ie seems he benefits from higher potential offer price by accepting now...we won't get same privilege in accepting the offer..

As for the action group destroying value it shows you are really true to form with factless and completely wrong and random tangent as you are on MGK thread....did they get sick of you there so now you post constant rubbish here.

If you bothered to understand what action group is about is that it is about trying to get a better deal....it is pro-takeover...just not pro MW and co in the way they have gone about this deal...

But to be honest having read your posts on other threads I am use to this sort of factless dribble from you....
