I know a doctor who is in his mid 60s, he has worked in aboriginal communities in 70s and 80s when he thought he could make a difference and he has seen the picture we dont, i asked him last week when the news of another young boy being gang raped broke what he thought the solution was, his reply shocked me as he said sterilisation was his solution as no matter what you give or do the situation for them is a self imposed hopelessness. ( and dont ban me thats just one mans oppinion)
