Calling the OTA a sweetner is next level revisionist history, a fundamental misunderstanding of the circumstances at the time of the deal, or williful ignorance. Take your pick.

Also this entire debate above was basically sparked by the incorrect assumption that the mine is just immediately going to have Spod to sell at/near nameplate capacity the second it opens. There's going a be a ramp up period. Looking at a difference in dates (including the "supply start agreement window") and trying to figure out how they can subvert the OTA is just clutching at straws.

PLL and SYA will develop downstream capacity at some stage in Quebec, but you guys are severely overstating how quick that is going to happen. An old, half cooked Carb plant (in hydroxide dominated NA) requiring 200 mill to get going isnt the asset it you all seem to think it is.
