Serious question.....why would a non holder have so much worry about this company that has spend years getting to the pointy end knowing that cash raising is par for the course. Maybe RIO is a better quality product for a certain type of investor less averse to risk. Furthermore, certain stocks will fire up after an issue. Each to their own.
