Still own PLS for a lithium play but I'm shifting my focus to Vanadium now. Vanadium flow batteries. Infinite lifespan and heat/fire resistant as opposed to lithium...
I still think lithium will play a huge part in the energy transition but the potential for vanadium is enormous. All the ducks are lined up for Richmond Vanadium Technology. Currently carrying out a Banking Feasibility Study, if their project is viable then I see this thing being $5-$8. Vanadium prices are down so that obviously doesn't help the BFS, but as you know commodities are cyclical and generally based on supply and demand and a slight uptick in the price of vanadium and the projected figures for this company are ridiculous. Yes it carries some risk but I strongly believe RVT are best positioned to capitalise in this market. QLD are keen to tap in the the known vanadium deposits in Australia. One of the few countries with a healthy resource that don't mine the resource. They have recently again reported they are very keen to support this project and to mine vanadium so I feel it's only a matter of time. From LTM to RVT for me but DYOR. All the best folks, it's been an awesome ride! Sayonara![]()
