    market conditions have a bit to do with it but the main reason the spp failed imo is the "clarification"

    I believe that KOR should distribute the LUG shares as planned and go ahead with the ipo as we only need a few mill$ it seems now not $50 -$70 mill. Korab would still be a majority shareholder in LUG as it purchased privately held LUG shares by printing more KOR shares.

    Winchester deadline looming soon (again) I wonder how those discussions are going.
