The share price will rise when 4TS and Turkey signs are commissioned. Pre-empting ann's and understanding what news is to be released soon is a valuable asset for a trader. Watch all the little guys buy up when LUM ann's the completion of the signs. And the prepared guys with the shares already can have target practice - that's why I care about the stage of completion of the sign. Nothing more than that
