re: becoming substantial shareholder ann Setting this up will take all the skill and patience that Joe can muster. As adesso has said, there is a sequence of events that need to occur. Whilst we have seen a number of false starts over the past 14 months it is not because of Joe. It is because of a number of greedy shareholders that have put their impatience ahead of the (much bigger) long term picture. When a number of "deep" pockets are onboard and there is a much "deeper" capital market for the stock to draw from (i.e. Toronto) then we shall better see the vision Joe has for GNL.

As they say in the Disney cartoons..... "all it takes is a little faith and some pixie dust..... and all your dreams will come true!!!"

Let's hope Joe has brought along the pixie dust.
