$1.4 million profit for Jan- June, steadily increasing profits. Assuming that their profit stays exactly the same for the next year, that would equal $2.8 million profit. about 509 million shares and options, which equals EPS of somewhere between .5 and .6 of a cent.

Using the lower, .5 of a cent, makes a PE of 8.5 based on Fridays close. Their annual report should give an updated profit forecast which, hopefully, will be better than the above estimates.

Based on that, how do you come to the conclusion they are overvalued?
