producer is helping drive stock, "but I think it's more likely a large European
player might come in" with RIN valued at around 20% discount to U.S. peers.
Widespread global consolidation in industry over last 12 months all focused on
gaining exposure to construction boom in U.S. or Eastern Europe, with RIN assets
in Florida attractive, but lack of concrete evidence of suitors would see price
