Prolly not qualified to call myself a techie but just in my own outlook I have no problems with the gap up from 7 cents, I see it as a genuine breakaway gap as it breaks away from a consolidation area or ir you like tops area going back some two years, it is accompanied by massive volume not, just the required double the average of the last 10 days trading.
It therefor qualifies as a breakaway gap and whilst it may well be filled it, unlike any other normal gap in a well traded share has no requirement to be filled.
Will run easy with the reasoning that old mate recently departed may well be letting his shares go.
