probably some reasons for it to rise as well but some reasons it may fall in no particular order.

Roger may not be that happy in his departure and starts to sell down his 8m shares (and yes he has a track record in this regards)
they are better off without him.

For the techies that gap at 7c is pretty darn big

also for the techies the 34ems is just under 9c at the moment and I would think the price and the 34ema may like to hold hands again in the not too distant future.
macd is just about to cross etc etc

on the other hand they just might hit pay dirt and go ballistic.
