    I think it very well could be an issue getting money out of china. I've had mates who have worked there complain at how difficult it can be to get money into Australia/ out of china. I cant imagine it being any easier for a business.

    For the life of my I cant understand why a company would announce a buyback and not act on it for 6 weeks. Either China money issue or Morgans are having trouble facilitating it.
