Its interesting how we filter information to support the case we are looking for. I hold, so finding information that supports my investment decision makes me feel better. Last night I went on a "Shanshan google-fest". Alas nothing juicy to be found......except this:

The minimum subscription for the float to have gone ahead was $3M (ref Sunbridge prospectus). Ms Shanshan Hong applied for....you guessed it, just under $3M.

Is it possible she was bankrolled to ensure that the float went ahead (not uncommon for a company to ensure that a minimum subscription is reached so that all that effort/expense is not wasted). In which case it could all be cream for her?
