Thanks storyr. Much history there indeed. Your lead gave me the relevant dates to look at. My broker doesnt have a review function for those older announcements so used ASX website. Still some lack of detail from what I have looked through so far so will keep looking (or will contact the company)

70% SBL
20% Talos Ghana
10% State of Ghana

Essentially Im chasing greater clarity on the financial arrangements contained within the JV. Couldnt see it in SBL's PDS for the Konongo acquisition capital raising and think its pretty relevant detail. Interesting too that SBL could "move" to 90%, but guess the deal around doing that with Talos is a whole other matter. So 70% it is for now.

Also noted the $3million performance payment due to Mwana after production of 100,000 oz - this is a fair while off though.

Switched sentiment to none for now as have some work to do!
