I'm not arguing against your rational, I whole heartily agree but you need to look at the price action and the volume to gauge sentiment. At the end of the day that's all that matters, what you and i believe is irrelevant to this equation. If you can buy here, close your eyes and come back in 5 years it's likely you would have made good coin but in the interim it's going to be ugly.
