SBM has financial leprosy - the dead and dying parts are threatening the viability of the whole. Nothing short of radical amputation of these major problems, followed by grafting the good viable parts onto a new host, will save this company from oblivion. I suspect the legals for the surgery are in progress, and we'll soon know the identity of SBM's saviour.
