This thing needs to start running. Although it's not producing much, the assets are still leveraged to the price of gold. Although there are good arguments for the price action of SBM to have decoupled from gold over recent months, a lot of those things (inflation related costs, higher interest repayments on debt etc) are old hat. Yes, the management are still the same, but....
