The big difference is that the gold ore at Atlantic is "free milling" (implying just CIL processing) and higher grade (i.e you get more gold from each tonne of dirt). The BDC gold is low grade and largely refractory (i.e less gold from each tonne of dirt plus low recoveries and extra processing (he Albion process and CIL). The ore quality is simply not comparable.
