Nearly safe to say it ain't coming.... speculate there be some ok drill results and another delay saying we will get it better to include bla bla bla... like every other time they give themselves a target.
CYQ4 is my bet as this mob would be lucky to drill 50 m a day.... If they say Q3 will have to delay it again.
End result will be it gets picked up on the cheap while they are scratching themselves trying to put together something... and maybe that is what is wanted. If it takes this long there is something wrong.
Should rename it Glacial Gold.
