G'Day Perthsnooper. I certainly like your fly on the wall interpretations of what's happening. It's a blasted shame that nothing on this forum can be verified suffice to say that my own investigations, discussions and research is pointing at a scenario similiar to what your fly is saying.

Steve Carter is one of the best MD's I've ever met and when I suggested he might be in Colorado skiing I was jesting. I know damn well he'll have his feet on the street selling BEC (and maybe Solbec but on my part that is pure conjecture).

If Solbec does go by way of a buy out it will pay Solbecians to keep track of what company Steve Carter fronts next. I'd be inclined to buy shares in it.

Really have to wait to see becuase things can change pretty quickly in the current climate.
