I would say looking at the breakout signal that I use, to break to the downside, we would be looking for a close of 16 cents within the next few days.
Otherwise it could consolidate from here.
There is not enough evidence to support a downward breakout though.
I have been using the bizfun breakout indicator and it seems to work quite well form me of late
