How is what you've been saying correct? You've done nothing but post (quite sadly) hundreds of comments on the SBR forum with the intention of trying to scare people from investing, a stock which you do not own, all which have been incorrect.
I won't talk about the project fundamentals as @OzBandit already has in his first post, lets just look at the price action.
The SP has not dropped below the raise price at any point and all selling is being soaked, with the SP sitting 20% above raise price. For capital raises this is pretty rare as they will usually always drop to or below the raise price. There is clearly a lot of interest in the stock and its being accumulated by more than just mum and dad investors.
Its been a couple weeks since the acquisition and you're complaining there hasn't been any more news, I'm not sure if you understand how exploration works, but its a long process from exploring > proving > mining a resource.
Give it up already.
