I recently exchanged emails with Jon Dugdale, CEO of SBR, asking questions about the recent CR and plans for an ESG framework ( I know many here don't care about that, BUT I do ) here's the summary:

Jon confirmed that the capital raised previously was primarily directed towards their nickel sulphide programs. He acknowledged the current challenging market conditions and sentiment surrounding nickel. However, an opportunity arose to expand their lithium exploration program. To preserve the funds for nickel, SBR decided to raise additional capital specifically for lithium exploration. Jon emphasized that this decision was a strategic move for prudent capital management in a tough market, ensuring the continuation of positive exploration programs for both nickel and lithium.

Additionally, Jon mentioned that SBR is currently upgrading their policy documentation and website materials to better represent their ongoing commitment to robust environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, along with safety performance.

Personally, this has solidified my decision to maintain my position here and to ignore the usual noise from trolls. GTLAH and DYOR.
