Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm .....and why would it be scheduled for 10 November in 2014  when even a minute amount of research reveals that for the past 5 years ( at least ) it was held on :
2013 ....29/11/13
2012......30/11/12
2011......30/11/11
2010......30/11/10
2009......30/11/09
etc

Corporations Act ( re EGM)
  (5)  The directors must call the meeting within 21 days after the request is given to the company. The meeting is to be held not later than 2 months after the request is given to the company.

Ho ; Ho ; Ho ......everything is above board !!!! ( roflmao) but they are desperate to hold the AGM b4 they have to hold the EGM that has been foisted on them !!!
Would you do that if you were truly taking on board the genuine concerns held by shareholders ?
Anyone who was sitting on the fence ambivalent , about the conflict of interest issues which RETRAC's group are trying to address @ the EGM , would now have to say " the rat I was smelling has just poked his head out !"
Get on board with RETRAC guys ...this is starting to get serious now ..... build the snowball .
Let's have some more discussion but it looks like we may have to block vote against all of their motions .

Of course , it could all just be coincidental !
