    Hi Q,

    No doubt there is a strategy behind calling the AGM early before the EGM.

    I have some theories and speculate that it may have something to do with Resolution 4 but need to give it more thought before I comment further.

    My initial thoughts are voting no to all resolutions other than perhaps Resolution 3 and the election of P Mazzoni.

    More discussion will be forth coming.
