    Only doing it for 2 days a week, for a month, the rest of the time normal eating- throw my chocolate out- never !!!!
    Don't have any scales, in fact have never had any, never saw any reason for them. Won't know whether there is any weight loss, apart from the fit of my clothes.

    Funny thing is there have been times I have eaten a whole block of chocolate in one evening, other times its sat in the pantry for months on end. Perhaps its our bodies way of telling us what it needs. Well, that's my theory anyway.
