    SBS has 48% of Asmara at this stage.
    When negotiations start SGC will place on the table, costs of completion of feasibility study approx $5-10 million ( 30% Asmara stake ) + purchase rest of SBS stake of 18% Asmara.

    So what is Asmara worth ?
    What is SBS's 18% of Asmara worth ?
    When will the final Fair Market Value be struck ?

    A lot of unanswered questions at this stage.
